Chinese company seeking ban on OnePlus, iQOO, POCO

The demand for Chinese smartphone companies is increasing rapidly in India. At present, brands like OnePlus, iQOO, and POCO are becoming very popular. The demand for smartphones of these companies has also increased in Flipkart's festival sale. But on the other hand, an organization of traders, 'Confederation of All India Traders' (CAIT), has started protesting against these companies.

Opposition to AIMRA

The All India Mobile Retailers Association (AIMRA) has raised its voice against Chinese mobile companies. They have demanded to stop the operations of brands like OnePlus, iQOO, and POCO. AIMRA alleges that these companies have violated the rules and this has promoted the grey market of mobiles.

They say that these companies are offering huge discounts in collaboration with e-commerce platforms, which is having a negative impact on the Indian mobile market.

Demand and discounts on smartphones

OnePlus, iQOO, and POCO smartphones are very popular in India. During the sale, their price is reduced significantly, so that customers can easily buy them. These companies also have special offers for their customers, which further increases their popularity.

Reduction in taxes and loss to the exchequer

AIMRA and other organizations have made serious allegations that the government treasury is also suffering losses due to these companies. They say that these companies are reducing tax payments, which is affecting the government's income. Due to the low price of smartphones, the tax collected from them is also less.

name of the banks

AIMRA also said that some banks are also involved in this matter. They allege that banks have also cooperated in the promotion of cheap smartphones. Due to this, customers are getting smartphones at very low prices. Because of this, AIMRA has demanded immediate stop to this practice. However, no official statement has come from any Chinese company in this matter yet. The organization has not taken any action on this issue, but this protest against Chinese smartphone companies has now intensified.
