As Vivo prepares to launch its camera-centric Vivo V40 series on August 7, the company is offering substantial discounts on its Vivo V30 series. This has left many wondering whether to buy the discounted Vivo V30 or wait for the new V40.

Vivo V30 Price Reduction

Initially priced at Rs. 33,999 for the 8GB RAM/128GB storage model, Rs. 35,999 for the 8GB RAM/256GB variant, and Rs. 37,999 for the 12GB RAM/256GB model, the Vivo V30 series now has reduced prices. The 8GB/128GB variant is now Rs. 31,999, the 8GB/256GB version is Rs. 33,999, and the 12GB/256GB model is Rs. 35,999. Additionally, a 10% discount is available for purchases made with select bank cards. The discounted V30 models are available on Flipkart, Vivo's website, and various retail outlets.

Vivo V30 Specifications

The Vivo V30 boasts a 6.78-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800 x 1260 pixels, HDR10+ support, and a 120Hz refresh rate. It runs on Funtouch OS 14 based on Android 14 and is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging. The phone is also IP54 dust and splash-resistant.

Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset and Adreno 720 GPU, the Vivo V30 handles graphics-intensive tasks efficiently. It comes with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.

For photography enthusiasts, the Vivo V30 features a triple-camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP portrait sensor. The front camera is a 50MP f/2.0 sensor with dual soft LED flash support.
